Return Window: You have 30 days from receipt to request a return.

Customer Responsibilities:

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Returned items incur a 10% restocking fee plus the original shipping cost.


Condition Requirements:

Items must be unwashed, unworn, and free of any signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, animal hair, fragrance, or odors. The company reserves the right to refuse refunds if these conditions aren’t met.


Sale and Promotional Items:

Items on sale, promotional, or clearance are not eligible for return or refund.


Giveaway Purchases:

No refunds will be issued for items bought during giveaways once the winner has been announced.


Exchanges:

Available for a different size, but again:

You cover return shipping.

Exchanges are allowed only once per order, subject to size availability.

Any price differences (e.g., moving to a more expensive item) must be paid by the customer.



Returned to Sender (RTS):

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer:

The order may be resent (customer pays shipping again) or refunded minus a 10% restocking fee.

If the customer doesn’t respond within 5 business days, a refund (minus 10%) will be issued by default.
